"The Drain Pro guy, Patrick Wilson, was responsive from the start, and answered my emails on the weekend about my need to replace a sump pump. He gave me an email estimate by email that was very reasonable and stuck by the price after work was completed. He came the next day, did a very professional job, cleaned up afterwards, and explained the features of the new pump. This was one my best experiences with a firm like this. And the individual, Patrick Wilson, was very professional. I would definitely seek his services again."

"James H. responded immediately to our emergency situation! He repaired the septic system after discovering that the line between the septic tank and dry tank was almost completely clogged. He dug up the pipe and replaced it and also pumped out the septic tank for us. He worked in the pouring rain into the dark of night to restore a working septic system. Cannot say enough about him and his associates! Thank you, Jim!"
