Obviously Bent Palm has an ongoing relationship with the county building inspectors and the project was constructed properly and on time. Another reason that I’m giving Ben Palm a five star evaluation is because a previous contractor informed me that the only way I could put a screened in porch on the back of my house is to file for a variance. Bent Palm built my screened in porch with no variance and approved by the county. Further the quality of the work was outstanding. Not only did he have contractors to do carpentry work, but he had a great electrician and an even better painter. At the end of the day, the project turned out fantastic."
