"After a little back and forth to properly define the project, LG came back with an excellent proposal that included pressure washing and sealing our entire walkway and patio on top of repairing the 50ft section that was chewed up and rough. Gary was very honest about what the repair work would be and how long it would last since we were just putting on a top coat instead of pouring a new slab. The workers did a great job, cleaned up the area prior to work and after they were finished. Even came back the next day to repair a section that someone wrote some graffiti on at no charge. Having them come back to quote work on our roof and gutters."

Mike took time to analyze the problem and determined that cracked roof tiles were contributing to the leakage. Mike added that work to the project and was able to schedule repairs without delay. Mike was on site to consistently supervise his crew, all of whom were very professional, courteous and capable. The work was completed as scheduled and at the end of the project the crew cleaned up and power washed the project area. "Mike and John did a stellar job on this project, which was more complicated than average. I began seeing ceiling leaking after a solar panel installation (by another company) and discovered I needed a tear off. The solar company dragged their feet on getting the panels removed, but in the meantime, Mike had his team tarp the roof to stop the leaking. Mike's team ended up removing the panels themselves and completing the work, including carpentry and masonry, in just over a week. The new roof and gutters look beautiful. They have a complete team including electricians and HVAC techs who were able to oversee the proper care of A/C units on the roof. Mike and John were very communicative and responsive throughout the project and set my mind at ease that work was being done properly. I solicited five quotes in total for the job. Mike and John did not come in the lowest, but were very reasonable and provided good value. There were much higher quotes offering inferior products and less rigorous processes (less membrane overlap, no new gutters, etc). Mike was also very communicative about the few follow ups we had. I hope to work with Mike and his team again in the near future. Highly recommend."
