"James and his crew did an incredible job on our project. We had a pesky leak in our bathroom ceiling that popped up yearly in our top floor condo unit. Weâ ve dealt with several contractors in the past that just fixed it cosmetically or took shortcuts to â fixâ it. They assessed where the leak could be coming from and took the time to make sure they fixed the issue on the exterior of the building before completing the work on the interior. Communication was excellent throughout the entire project. They were also able to finish the project in a timely manner.
