Gerry talked through what we wanted done with our maple tree, gave us some advice, and gave us a written estimate on the spot. On our appointment day, Gerry called to let me know that Marcos and his crew would be coming out and when to expect them. Marcos and crew definitely knew what they were doing. They were professional, efficient, respectful of our property, and cleaned up afterwards. Gerry even called a few hours later to ask how everything went. "Ramos Tree service did a fabulous ? job. His prices were reasonable. They cleaned up after themselves and came back the next day as promised to remove the stump. The only thing I didn't like is we agreed on the work being done at 3 pm, and they showed up at 8 am.I had to leave them at my home because I had something else to do. Other than that, they were fantastic, and I will use again and / or recommend them."
