All of our requests were accommodated, and David was very responsive and flexible with change orders and a last minute decision that we made. Overall, the basement turned out great. It adds 50% more space to our house and provides a warm/clean place for the kids to play. If I could go back in time I'd hire David and Jakubek sooner."
