Pro Plumbing is the only company that responded promptly. We set up a time for their plumber to come out and he was exactly on time. Joseph (the plumber) was very polite and explained his company, how they work, etc. He used covers for his shoes (which I have found lately most companies do not do) and I greatly appreciated it! He went quickly to work, provided us with an estimate and started working on our problem. Finding our water leak took over 5 hours to find but their estimate never changed. Joseph had to open up our ceiling and a few walls to find the problem. But instead of busting into the drywall with a hammer leaving large holes, he cut into the drywall with a drywall saw leaving the opening repairable with drywall tape and patch putty. Once the repair was complete Joseph quickly cleaned up any mess he had made and was out of our home. I will call this company again if and when we have any issues that fall within the expertise of their technicians."
