"We hired David and Noah to do a gut renovation of our home in Santa Monica. We decided to hire them after interviewing six different contractors. From the initial phone call I had with the office I knew these guys were different. We were impressed to find that they were the only contractors to ask that I forward the blueprints we had so that he could come to the meeting prepared. When we met we immediately felt comfortable entrusting our new home to his company. Our project ended up being more difficult than we originally had thought. Some walls we wanted to remove were structural and almost every wall had plumbing. David and Noah, and their entire team handled each surprise like seasoned pros and these challenges did not stop their team from delivering the home we had envisioned. Santa Monica is also very strict with inspections. The office was scheduling inspections every time we needed and was very patient and professional working with the city. The quality of the work has been great and the team even occasionally reaches out to make sure everything is ok. I would not hesitate recommending them. At the end of the day they are really great people with a terrific team. They are professional and they stand by their work."

"Young from New Life Construction had a great vision for our outdated 1970 s bathrooms. His bid was very competitive and detailed the work to be performed. The crew was very attentive and did an excellent job paying attention to detail. Everyday the crew cleaned up any mess made, and the renovation was isolated with plastic film and zippers to limit any dust or debris bound to encountered during a remodel. The projects (two bathroom remodels) were on budget and Young was always in communication with me regarding the project with options, and suggestions. I ve shopped around and been through a few with disappointing up charges, deficient work, and shady practices enough to know a genuinely solid company that stands behind their work."
