"Installers showed up on the day they were scheduled. But they did not finish the job. Additional workers came the next day to finish installing the floor. They moved all furniture and re-positioned it where I wanted it. They even installed new toilets at no extra cost to me. I will call them again if I need work on my outside porch."

The installers were very hard working people but I feel like they might have needed just a little more experience with the vinyl flooring. Empire did send someone else out to fix anything that needed to be fixed or replaced. The second installer that came was very knowledgeable about the flooring that I was having a problem with and took his time to get it perfect. Although I was not happy that I had to get Empire to come to my house a second time to fix what I felt should have been done right the first time, they did stand by their work and did all repairs that I wanted done in a timely manner."
