"Erik is very professional and timely. I called and left a message and he returned my call within a couple of hours. My daughter had a pretty bad leak in her roof that came out of nowhere. He empathized with my sense of urgency and assured me he would try to get to me as soon as he could as he had quite a few leaks calls after the rainstorm. He came bright and early the following morning. He got right to work. He went and purchased a tile to match our roof. He and his assistant repaired the leak and replaced the broken tile. He also took photos. He was not cheap but sometimes you have to pay for good work. His professionalism and prompt response to a stressful leak were greatly appreciated. If you have a leak, I would call Erik. He will definitely get the job done in an expeditious manner."

We went from a damaged roof to a nicely part shingled roof & part torchdown (for flat part over garage). The project manager was very helpful & so was the office. In fact, during a communication error (on our part, not theirs) the owner called to reach out to us. We were very pleased with their communication and service.
