They worked well together as a team. We were quoted a ridiculous amount in the thousands by another company. Zoom came in and got to work. The issue with the backed up shower drain was resolved within an hour or so. I like that they started working the issue and not make an assessment just by looking and saying what they think is causing the problem, then quote an insane amount to fix it.
