We discovered floor rot under the stone tiles that were to be removed to make way for the remodel to laminate wood. Shelby thoroughly cleared and cleaned out all the parts of the rotted flooring and rebuilt our bathroom floor from the studs up. He also re-seated the new toilet and pedestal sink we had purchased, and he repainted and put up the trim to complete the job. Our bathroom looks fantastic! His was second to the company I went with, both in price and in completeness of what needed to be done. Donny was very thorough and polite,. Compared to those bigger Do-all company employees (aka Master Plumbers) his level of experience in problem-solving and explaining the solution seemed far more complete, and less destructive in his approach.
