Everyone employed by Avalon, or working in a sub-contracting capacity, is fully licensed and insured for the type of work being performed. All of our employees and subs are local, tax-paying professionals who are at the top of their field. We called them and they finally came out and put a little strip of Insulation on them and they still let in cold air and whistle when the wind blows. We have called and left messages and no calls back. I wouldn't recommend Rolox windows to anyone. Paid around 1000$ per window and still cold air comes in. Never again."
