They are complex and difficult roof types to fix hence the class-action lawsuit launched shortly after the company began. John arrived promptly on the day I called, assessed what he thought the problem could be and immediately went to work. He even brought some replacement types, which he says was by accident. I say it was Karma. He removed several broken tiles which he advised were the culprit of my leaking dining room, and patched a hole, then cleaned the valley.
