"Chris and company did a fantastic job. We had a set time frame and they delivered a beautiful job on time with no problems. We also wanted to keep some of the charm of our colonial and make sure it did not look cookie cutter. Chris went over various options and styles that made our house pop! I looks great. The crew was professional and polite. They kept the work area clean and made a few adjustments on the fly to provide the look we wanted. We also needed a few extra items along with the siding. can't have new siding with out new storm doors. We also had 3 old windows we wanted replaced and also a new garage door. Chris added this to the work and it was seamless and very well done. There was no delay in the project. You maybe able to find someone cheaper (we got several bids) but you will not find a better contractor than Magnolia. Money well spent. Thanks Chris - well done!"

"Just moved to a new area and looked for a contractor to install Central A/C and ductwork. The estimate they gave us matched up perfectly to what the job actually costed. They were able to start the next day. The work crew arrived promptly every day at 8am and didnt leave until 6:30 every evening. They were sure to clean up at the end of each day and worked cleanly and efficiently. Rob, Mike and John along with Andreas and Stalin made this process absolutely seamless for us. We couldnt have asked for a better group to take of our first home. Mike called me for a couple days following installation to see everything was working correctly. Truly wonderful people to deal with. Would absolutely hire them again and i recommend them for HVAC and any other service they provide."
