Upon reaching out on Friday evening through the website (we weren?t expecting a response until Monday) Ken called immediately to try and get out to our home so he could provide an estimate. He was able to come out Sunday and we had our quote by Monday morning. He was also able to start the work really quickly. He started working a week after the quote and this was only because of a scheduling conflict on our end, with us getting a new deck the same week he gave the quote and us having an outdoor birthday party for our daughter that weekend on the dig site.
