"Steve and Sean came out late on a Saturday afternoon to accommodate our schedule and took their time explaining details and options for our roof replacement. Although we did give them a commitment to do our roof that day, we appreciated the fact they placed no pressure on us during the appointment. We chose Tycos because they were friendly, professional and although they weren't the lowest estimate, hey were far from most of the others we received. The project was delayed two days because of weather but went smoothly once they started. Sergio was the project manager and stopped by numerous times throughout the job. He kept me informed of the status of everything which I appreciated and made both my wife and I very comfortable. The workers were polite and kept the area as clean as possible and when they were done, my yard was spotless. I would definitely recommend Tycos to anyone and will use them for any additional work we have in the future."
