"Horrible company. Heather the estimator was very deceiving. I was shopping for gutters that have the leaf protection cover. I specifically asked her for that verbally and as shown in the attached text. When they were finished installing the gutters, I realized they didn't have the leaf protector. I called Heather and she said she didn't remember me asking for that, and I asked her to look at her texts. It's a shame that companies are sneaky, deceiving, and have bad business etiquette like this one. I will make sure that the 2,500 realtors in my company never use this company for our clients."

"I had Chimney Cricket out for a quote. The workman was very knowledgeable and I was ready for them to perform the work. They entered my home, reviewed the fireplaces, and told me how they would fix them. After that, I called and called. I called the gentleman who came to provide the quote. He couldn't help me. I called the office again and again. They said they would get me a quote. One never arrived. I had another company come out and repair the problems while still waiting for Chimney Cricket to continue the engagement. I finally got a call from the office (after I had had the work done) and she said she was following up on the quote. The quote they had never sent. The workman seemed knowledgeable, but I took the day off and let workmen into my house just so that I would spend time chasing them and STILL never receive a quote. If they cannot even get me quote, what are the chances they would show up to do the repair? Or follow up if something went wrong?"

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IT'S A SCAM! Darren and partner came November 13th 2024. Once in the house, they pressured my 91 year old mother to spend an additional $1,200 for spray coating "to keep fiberglass and asbestos from blowing out"! She paid. After they left we could see they not clean the entire duct system, faking it by just doing the first few feet. Then we discovered insulation that they had "coated" inside several ducts had fallen down and was blocking air flow on the inside! Their sloppy work got spray coating on the ceiling around every vent, and the shiny bright white of the coating is a different white from the ceilings. We called them to address these issues on 11/14, 11/15, and 11/18, 11/19, and finally 11/20 a woman said Darren would be here 11/25 to assess. No one showed up. We called dozens of times throughout the rest of November, December, and January. No one answered or showed up. These are destructive, incompetent dishonest scammers. Avoid like the plague."
