"Hired GL Hunt they did poor quality work They wanted to get paid I said not till you complete your job. They threatened lien, they filed lien . My Attorney had lien removed!! The concrete was poorly laid and cracked, they didn’t contact 811 before digging , they buried my power lines in concrete without conduit for maintenance, they left truckloads of dirt on my property so they didn’t have to pay for dump fees. They tried to scam me for more money stating that the job required more work than they thought! They damaged my retaining wall and lied about it! Thank goodness for my home surveillance and my before and after pictures!! Go to Yelp and see the reviews that GL Hunt can’t remove!! Do Not Trust !! Beware Beware !!"

We had quite a few large holes that needed to be dug, and the team returned each to a before dig state, prior to leaving. In the post procedure follow-up foundation survey conducted, our foundation leveling was positioned perfectly to prevent any future issues. For this 1977 3-2-2, discovery is made in both the sewer & water lines: the 50 YO cast iron pipes failed a pressure test & tunneling reveals pinholes in the hot & cold water lines. Partnered w/ Olshan was KMP Plumbing, all of which were successful in leveling the foundation, replacing sewer & water lines. The problem attracted as many different solutions to fixing as the number of companies that came out to assess it. Then I called TX Foundation experts. Ben came out and gave me an honest assessment. He addressed the problem areas and gave me my options in plain english (so to speak). The price he quoted me blew me away. Not because they are cheap but because he/they didn’t want to add unnecessary work and cost to fixing the problem. They came on the scheduled day to perform the work and banged it out with one of the most professional crews I’ve ever worked with. They lifted my house, stabilized it and performed all clean up and accessory work beyond my expectation. I am super happy with the results! Doors work perfectly, windows are caulked, bricks don't have cracks anymore, drainage is fixed and I can go on. The responsiveness and customer service were the best you can ask for.
