"Starting from the beginning to the end result John and his team from Basement Gurus were amazing. I first met with John to go over my basement and all my water issues in my basement which mind you is built in 1965. He looked over everything and explained what he saw and explained the system that would resolve my issues. He went over all about his products and services and was very good to answer any questions I had which I typically have allot of questions since I like to fully understand everything for my own knowledge. He gave me a price which took me alittle bit of time to think about and decide on. I am definitely not made of money but understood the investment and peace of mind made it worth it. I trusted in him and his crew to deliver and let me tell you THEY HIT IT OUT OF THE PARK! They showed up when promised. Started working right away and didn't stop until nearly 7pm until everything was done and I was super happy. If you are in the fence about John and his crew. Don't be! They do what they say they will do and I have no doubt that if anything goes wrong John is going to be one call away. Thanks so so much guys. I will recommend you to everyone!"
