"They were supposed to put on a new roof. They did but it leaked. It took forever to get them to come out and look at it. When they did they took a tube of silicon caulk and said they just had to recall the venting tubes. That did not work. They came out again with their crew to fix it properly. This is 3 weeks later. They then had to find someone to fix the ceiling and walls in our daughters room. Each time they say they will call to schedule the work and never call back. We have to call then we get the run around. Our daughter has asthma and can not sleep or use the room because it smells like mold. To this date, it has not been fixed! Can not recommend them."

"Shortly after I bought my house, my son-in-law was checking out the roof and he said that in one area, the plywood seemed weak - too much give when walking on it. We had a person from G&G come look at it and he agreed that it didn't seem right. A couple of guys were sent out to inspect it. They removed a few shingles and then put them back and said nothing was wrong with it. They added no new wood or shingles. I received an invoice for $1200. When my daughter called to ask why it was so high when they barely did anything, she was told they would lower the amount and send a new invoice. I never received a new invoice. I was worried about this coming back on me for not paying so I called the number that I found on my estimate. The person that answered the phone said that the guy who had originally looked at the roof was no longer working there. When I explained the whole situation, he said that I should let it go and not worry about it. I told him that I didn't want to have this come back on me later. He said he would go back to the office and see what is up with it and call me back. He never called me back. But I was not letting this go until I was sure it was settled. Instead of returning my call, today a guy from G&G rang my doorbell. He told me that the cost had been lowered to $900. I told him that I didn't agree with that amount, but I would pay it if they could send me an invoice. I had already called their office. All I needed to know was how much I owed. I didn't need a visit from someone repeatedly ringing my doorbell and causing my dog to bark. This should have been a returned phone call. I mentioned that I had trouble understanding the guys that were here removing the shingles because they couldn't speak English. He then called me a racist. I told him that I am not a racist and I have Hispanic people in my family. I merely was saying I couldn't understand these two guys."

"We have had a horrible experience when dealing with this company . During the very first month of our new roof, it leaked in 2 different spots. Over the next two years, several repair attempts were made but the roof is still leaking . The CEO has been to the site, the VP has been to the site, yet nothing changes and I still have a leaky roof . Run away! They do not honor their own warranty and we plan to reach out to our insurance company to notify them about Our bad experience with this company."

"The project went great. I got updates on when the crew would be here and text/phone calls when there were issues. Customer service was fantastic. The job was excellent and it was about $7k less than competitors. I was very happy. The only mishap was that I stepped on a nail on the second day they were here. I realize that debris is everywhere, but think they should clear pathways regularly as I was in and out of the house that day."
