"Called for a quote for gutter repair. Was dismissive over the phone until I described the home (built in early 1900s, copper gutters, around 13k sqft). Sent pictures of the damage. Was told that he was familiar with the house because he bid on the project when the gutters were previously installed, but lost the bid. Said the previous owners chose the “value option” instead and wasn’t interested."
