"The job - hooking up a new sauna heater. All wiring did already exist. The price quote = $475 + tax = $506. Did not finish the job. The technician either did not read the manual, or was just not able. Demanded payment in cash. Departed in rush, left no receipt. It took a while to get them to communicate, and receive the invoice and the receipt. Meanwhile destroyed the operational lighting inside the sauna. When asked to connect back, tried to bullshit talking about absent "neutral wire", and suggesting to make the "neutral wire" for additional $175. All this standing near the light bulb 110 V. I was forced to hire another professional to complete the job. Summary: Nothing but bad feelings for a half-thousand bucks. "

"literally the worst. we decided to go with this company, pay a little more, to ensure we would be provided a seamless installation of our new HVAC system and it has been nothing but issues for the past 2 weeks. we’ve had a total of 5 technicians come out on 3 separate occasions, only to leave our house with 3 separate issues that are still not all resolved. the communication has essentially bee nonexistent. i still havent received a call for follow up on the issues we experienced last Wednesday. Do yourself a favor and go with another more reliable, trustworthy company that will listen to their customers and put their customers first."
