"They Came out for estimate for a repair, and very generous with time, and information. Did not try to sell, in fact quite the opposite. (Sam offered that my repair effort did prior day probably worked, but offered tip on covering them). Discussed perhaps whole new roof in few years, but they offered my roof looked good and pending installation may in fact last many years. Gave suggestions about some wet fascia boards in different area of house over garage. So speaks loudly for honesty I believe, and very generous with time. Was very nice and seemed to care."

"Itâ s not often I feel compelled to write a review but in this case, I wanted to share our experience because it was so good and I feel you should give a pat on the back when it's deserved. We needed some repairs to our leaky roof. Garden State Roofing and Chimney gave us a quote and walked us through the whole process. Their work is impeccable. Now I see why all their customers give them such high marks. They did a fantastic job! Their recommendations on the roof saved us a lot of money. They are well worth the investment! They were extremely professional and did really great work on our house."

"They took down my 93-year-old slate roof (a dangerous and dirty job) and replaced it with asphalt in 10 hours. A good sized team with the right equipment. I watched all day and was impressed that no cut corners came into the job. They were very careful to do it right. The team of roofers were under a capable supervisor. They â flexedâ and put a little extra (material or labor) in, when something unexpected was discovered, or a slight customization to make the result better was called for. All the slate that came down was a huge mess of tiles, flakes and dust. They got that too. Iâ m going to use them again."

"Recently had them do a complete roof replacement on our house. Matt helped me with getting the roof partial covered with our insurance covered. Both Matt and Tom were professorial and very helpful. The crew was amazing at cleaning up the yard afterwards. We used Golden Master do several projects over the years."

"Got quotes from many providers and found Priority One through Home Advisor. Priority One was very responsive and patiently answered all my questions as a 1st time homeowner about replacing a horribly rusty chimney chase cover. New stainless steel chase cover was ready and they came on a Saturday morning to replace it. Good quality, professionalism and exceptional customer service. Priority One even addressed and requests during installation (they added wood board to secure new cover that was too big from measurements of old makeshift cover, refreshed existing chimney cap with rust-proof silver paint, removed rust from existing chimney flue) without complaining or additional charge. Impeccable clean up, no leftover mess. I will call them again for chimney cleanings. High recommendations"

"5 star provided very professional services. Initially, I hired them just to clean my gutters. Which they did expeditiously. They cared enough to point out to me the necessity to change my gutter in a sensitive area and repairs water damage on the exterior. With that task done so well, we discovered cracks on the steps and landing which they were able to remedy in no time for a very fair price and very cleanly. They added white paint on wooded poll areas that had weathered just to make sure the house was fully restored and maintained. Do not hesitate to use this service."

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
