They answered our questions and were very responsive. Their service and communication was great. The floor system looks really nice â we love it and weâ ve gotten a lot of compliments on it. Some perks about this type of flooring: (1) The stairs have a great no-slip texture. (2) It looks much better than a plain epoxy or paint finish and easily as nice as the carpet we had previously. (3) The flake flooring in our basement is much warmer than I expected; certainly warmer than the ceramic tile we have in the bathroom. (4) Itâ s easy to take care of and the pattern in the flake doesnâ t show dust/dirt easily. (5) We quoted new carpet for other bedrooms in our house and that confirmed the pricing on the flake flooring system is reasonable, especially considering the durability of this flooring vs. carpet. Weâ re very happy with the flooring and our experience with A & B was very positive."

"The project started out fine until I looked over the final result. Buddy the business owner, did a rush job I'm painting the house. Sections of the house were not fully painted, other sections had dirt sprayed into the paint. He also poured his waste paint into my window well on my patio where everybody hangs out. There were areas over sprayed. When I gave him a list of things that needed to be completed for the project to be done he tried to charge me more. When I refused because the house wasn't even completed, he began sending threatening text messages saying that he would come over and take the paint off of the house and then take me to court and sue me over $250 that he was trying to overcharge. He was attempting to do a quick cash job and get away with it. The project was left unfinished after his threatening behavior. He also is erasing negative reviews on Google. I would not suggest this painter"

With a select list of contacts (electricians/plumbers/hvac), most jobs can be completed with one phone call. We will start with a signed estimate and discuss payment at that point. Most projects I will invoice upon successful and satisfactory completion.
