We are a multigenerational concrete company. Our fathers were concrete contractors, and we grew up in the business and have lived this business from the time we were kids. "Once the concrete for the driveway was poured Mike came by asking for payment. I was confused because yes the driveway was done but my yard was completely destroyed. The end of the driveway was not draining properly which was leaving a giant puddle, not enough sod was laid compared to the amount of grass that was damaged, the rock bed was pushed back to make room for the wood to mold where the concrete would go and was not put back, there was trash everywhere to include wood, blocks of concrete, pavers (from what we had removed), water bottles, and cigarettes/cigarillos. I brought these concerns to Mike and he said that he would talk to the owner, Will. I was told that Will and a crew would be back out on Monday to fix the minor things and address the major problems (this was talked about on a Friday evening). Eventually, Will came out and briefly said that a plan would be made about the drainage issue. I asked about the sod and he said that it would be taken care of. A crew came back out 2 weeks after the driveway was poured to fix the issues. They made a couple more expansion cuts to help the driveway drain better, pushed the rocks back but did not lay the barrier fabric back at all and it is still sticking out of the top of the rocks, laid the sod down on top of dirt piles so that now my grass is drastically uneven and left big gaps in between the sod to try to cover as much area as possible. I still have large areas that still need sod and I'm left to have to now hire a lawn company to fix what was messed up/done improperly."

When they did, they sent workers out to do the same job that was already done. They also told me that the system in place would not work and should never have been placed and in the end, recommended I hire an irrigation company, stating that they are not an irrigation company and, when asked about a partial refund since the system placed did not work, they refused. In short, I cannot recommend this company. Poor work, poor customer service."

- All In One Pavers services all of Brevard County! We install pavers in any area the customer might want. No job too small or too large, however we do have a $1500.00 minimum. We accept cash, checks and debit cards. When using Visa, Master Card, Discover or Capital One a 3% convenience fee will be charged. Corporate Cards will be charged a 4% convenience fee. We do not accept American Express. When signing a contract a 50% deposit is required. An estimate showing the deposit is emailed to customer and a final invoice is also emailed. The final payment is expected on the day of installation or within a 5-day period. A Notice to Owner will be mailed to customers either by manufacturers or All In One Pavers and a Release of Liens will be provided upon final payment. Whether terrazzo is better than porcelain or ceramic tiles for a kitchen or bathroom floor depends on your design preference. Terrazzo can last a long time, but so can a properly installed ceramic tile floor. According to the National Association of Home Builders, the lifespan of a ceramic tile floor is 75 to 100 years, similar to terrazzo.
You should clean terrazzo floors like you would marble, even if there’s no marble in the aggregate. Avoid abrasive cleaners that can scratch the polished surface, and steer clear of acidic cleaners like vinegar, which can damage the surface. Instead, use plain water or a neutral cleaner to mop the floor. Then, use a wet vac or squeegee to remove the dirty water. Regular buffing with a soft cloth can help you maintain the shine.
Terrazzo is made by mixing an aggregate like glass or stone with a binder like cement or epoxy. The mix is made and poured into the prepared space you designate. Alternatively, you can purchase prefabricated terrazzo tiles, which consist of similar materials. They’re poured into a mold and cured before installation.
You can add radiant heating under a terrazzo floor, which is an excellent way to combat the naturally cold surface of terrazzo floors. Installing radiant heating costs $1,653 to $6,656. You'll want to install the heating elements under the thin-set epoxy because the layer is thin enough for the warmth to conduct through the floor.
Making your own terrazzo can be a tricky DIY project. The exact mix takes a blend of art and skill to create and requires the expertise of a terrazzo pro. The wrong blend could crack, peel, or break easily, requiring expensive repairs. Finishing and polishing the floor also requires previous experience to achieve a professional appearance.
