"Beautiful finished back yard, just as planned. Landscaping, patio deck extension with pavers, natural gas stone fire pit, lighting, & electrical outlets. George was a pleasure to work with. He and those working with him were knowledgeable and experienced. He created a good design drawing, and detailed itemized cost estimate so it was clear what the scope included. He was patient with us as we modified the design and added design elements over several months. Communication was excellent so that there were no surprises. Final cost and end product were exactly as quoted. They obtained building permits as needed, He kept us informed of any delays in the construction dates, due to weather & delays in other projects. Plants were healthy and all are thriving except a few small ones that didn't survive the winter. We got exactly what we wanted at a competitive price and without any hassle. "I reviewed and got several quotes before choosing The Covered Patio company. The project included the addition of the shed roof(plus shingling), then framing/screening the entire structure. From sales to project management to the installation team, everyone involved was professional and very personable. The project began on time and was completed in the predetermined 2-day time frame. The installation team showed up when they said they would and worked diligently. I was asked for my preferences on a few minor decisions vs. the installers making the decision. "We used Music City Maintenance for two projects. The first was to remove the raised counter of the bar and make it one level surface. It opened up the kitchen so much giving us more counter and work area. The space looks so much larger and lighter with the beautiful quartz top(one piece). Fast turn around on this project and pleasant to work with. The second project was a drop ceiling in our basement. It is a large area and the tiles and lights add so much to the appearance. It is just beautiful and so much lighter now. This project was finished very quickly and efficiently. These guys are just great. They are all so polite and so careful with everything. Very trustworthy and price conscious."
