"This is a frustrated review. Dreamstyle did an amazing job on my kitchen (spring - fall 2023) after a leaking dishwasher made remodeling a necessary purchase. When it was all done, we found that we could use an additional shelf in one of our cabinets. We did not know prior to signing off on paperwork because we had not put everything back in the kitchen. After looking around for a quick fix we reached out a month after the project was complete to see if we could purchase one. We were told yes, we could order an additional shelf, and it would cost $100. We agreed because we were having a hard time finding a workable solution. The request was made in January 2024, after checking in almost monthly with assurances from Kobe that he was working on it, we finally were told in June that the shelves (we ordered 3 in total) would be available for install in July. In July, the contractor came, and realized that the wrong shelf had been ordered, even though we had included the correct measurements in a text message to Kobe. Kobe assumed what cabinet we were requesting the additional shelves for. The contractor called Kobe, and Kobe said we never gave him the measurements, to which we showed the contractor the text message thread. The contractor said that he would be back before the end of the week with a workable solution. In August 2024, we reached out to Kobe and have not received a response of any kind. In September 2024, I began reaching out to Dreamstyle direct and have been assured I would receive both an email and a phone call, I have received neither. I just want a shelf, I hate that I have a beautiful kitchen and such a sour taste in my mouth from the experience because I have been ghosted."

An invoice was NOT provided for the family. He was charged $662.00 for a couple of hours of labor and a few plastic pipes. The new pipes leaked water all over the floor and another tech had to come repair the leak later. Senior financial rape is what I call it. Think twice before hiring!"

"Never work with Lowes to install a new countertop in your kitchen. I contracted with them this spring to replace my kitchen sink top with quartz and paid all costs to Lowes. However, after the replacement work was completed, the thickness of the countertops installed in my kitchen were different, so my kitchen looked stupid. I contacted Top who installed the countertops. They made me have a very hard time and wasted a lot of time. They said 'there is no problem with your kitchen countertops' and did not take responsibility for fixing the problem. I finally contacted Lowes and They heard from me about my kitchen problem and told me that the sink tops in a kitchen should be the same thickness, so I felt like they could solve my kitchen problem. But after about two months, Lowes (her name is Jasmine McCormick) said, 'Top, the installation company, has closed the problem with your kitchen, so we (Lowes) can't do anything for you. If you want to contact Top, do it. 'She gave me an irresponsible answer. I told them that Lowes was the company that displayed and sold sink tops, signed installation contracts with consumers, and collected all costs, i.e., the company that contracted for all work related to the interior kitchen, so Lowes was responsible for solving the problem. However, they have remained silent to me and have not responded to my emails at all. Lawes, which ignores consumers by not taking any responsibility for the products they sell and passing responsibility for problems to installation companies without any intention of solving the problems consumers face, is a place where consumers can trust their reputation and do business. This is not the case. Moreover, the company that installed the sink top (Top) has a contractual relationship with Lowes and is not a company chosen by the consumer. I am completely upset with the way Lowes treats their customers and who will solve my kitchen stone problem. I am unhappy, very stressed and not happy at all when I look at my new kitchen. As everyone knows, quartz is not cheap at all."
