As a contractor I wanna as waiting for some long complicated story on how to fix the problem there was none of that he went up addressed the problem and he went about it same way I would have. He gave me a fair price replaced the damaged area and matched the shingles sealed around pipes and tightened ridgevents some of which we never even spoken about. The job was actually a combination of exterior painting/staining with replacement of some rotted wood, installing new gutters and installing gutter guards.
