He also came the same day I requested service and arrived within the timeframe he had quoted me. Jeff let me know what the warranty was on the repair and left nothing to the imagination. He was personable and seemed to enjoy his job. Hopefully, my refrigerator won't leak again, but I know that this company will help me if needed."

"Lennie Houston is a very decent and honest man. In my case he tried very hard to fix my refrigerator by replacing a part that, per GE, is the problem 90% of the time. Unfortunately it didnât fix the refrigerator. Lennie gave me a 100% refund and took the loss for the part. He also drove 45 minutes to deliver the refund check. I did not request a 100% refund but he thought it was the right thing to do. In a world full of deception and con artists, it was great to meet somebody like Lennie that conducts himself with integrity and honor. I highly recommend him. He will give you his best effort and if he fails, which I suspect is not often, he will give you a 100% refund."
