"One of the springs broke on my garage door on Xmas Eve, both cars were in the garage. Innovative came out within 90 minutes of my call and installed a temporary fix which made it possible to use the door until the parts for the permanent fix arrived a few days later. price was very reasonable for the emergency service as was the final repair. I recommend this company for any garage door service that one may need. I have referred Innovative to several of my neighbors that have need work on their garage doors. All have been very satisfied. Innovative is a quality company."
