They also did quite a bit of landscaping by leveling out some bad dirt, adding nice rocks, plants, and a walkway. They were super professional, friendly, and fairly affordable. I plant to use them again for our next projects. Would highly recommend giving them a chance for any ideas you have."

"BUYER BEWARE!! The experience with Westside Grounds has left me a lost for words really. The processes started with an initial quote for the full scope of the project. The scope of the project included cleaning and removing of all dead limbs, leaves and shrubs. Also included trimming of trees for a fence line. The way the quote was presented to myself it was made me to believe it included the full scope of the project. I accepted the bid. Angi and the other gentleman came out to the property on time and did the work while I was at work. When I arrived home I was stunned to find trash still in the yard and half of the yard not touched in the back yard and nothing complete in the front. The office said that there was only 11 hours allocated to the job. Which was not stated on the bid and that they would need to charge another $1,100 to finish what they said they would do in the first place. I am worried others will go through this nightmare. PLEASE DO NOT USE WESTSIDE GROUNDS."

"No work was done today yet they want to charge me $92. The appointment was set up over 20 days ago. Never have I had a company not send a reminder. When I ask, the lady tells me they have over 200 or 2000 customers so cannot do reminders and that I did not ask for a reminder. The units are Airbnbs, I try to be courteous to my guests by announcing when I am coming to the property. Additionally, with blow out, the water will need to be shut-off temporarily, I cannot just do that last minute without notice. Furthermore, the initial appointment was for 3pm – 5pm but the guy shows up just after 12noon and now you want to charge me? And for what exactly as no work has been done. Reminders are easy to set up as a business. Even an outlook or google calendar will set up reminders. I will NOT be using this company and would rather find another company that will not be this disorganized and then act like asking for a reminder is a “special request.”"
