We agreed on a price and an estimated work date. Once into the job, he discovered some additional repairs were needed in a pergola that is structurally incorporated into the deck. Some of the structure had rotted in a hidden area. After showing me the newly discovered damage, Jeffery came up with a plan of action and reevaluated what would be needed. We agreed on a price based on the new Information and he got back to work. He was able to complete the job with great results. I was very pleased with his service and communication throughout.
