Then I saw a very negative review and reconsidered. I spoke to Kevin and he said the reality was very different than what the poster had claimed. In the end we decided to go with our gut and we hired Kevin and Classic Remodeling. Overall the quality is very good. Communication and responsiveness excellent. Right on budget, not charged anything more than what was agreed to. Timing took longer than first proposed, but we understand when working with subcontractors, it is difficult. Kevin did many things above and beyond for us. Any concerns we have had, he has addressed quickly. In fact, he has been paid, but still a lingering issue with a drain and a couple of things and he is just as responsive now as when we owed him money.
