"Old pool liner was leaking. Replaced the old liner. Excellent Service and Workmanship. After contacting them, the owner arrived the next morning and evaluated the situation. Verified that the old liner was leaking and gave a suggestion on a vendor for the new liner that would not cost as much as some of the known brands but of the same quality. They removed the old liner and prepped the area for installation of the new liner. When the new liner was ready, they arrived and finished prepping area for the installation. New liner was installed in about 5 hours. Installation was better than the last time I had to have the liner replaced. They sealed the joints in the walls and reinforced the corners where the liner was attached to reduce stress. Replaced all inlet covers and new gaskets. At the same time, I had them replace the sand in my sand filter. Also, they recommended that a pressure check be done to assure there were no leaks in the pipes. They arranged the check for me prior to the installation of the new liner. Overall, these guys were great and very professional. They answered any questions I had about the liner, the installation procedures, and why certain things were being done. They indicated that if the new liner was leaking, they would return, and determine where the leak was and fix it. I would recommend Pools of Dreams to anyone that needed any type of pool work done."

He and his associate, Larry personally drove out to our house to look at the pool and talk about the liner replacement (others would just quote on the phone without seeing the pool). Joe always called back when I left messages and was not pushy after discussing cost. When we settled on a liner, he and Larry came out to the house and spent hours getting exact measurements, and explained the process. He handled everything (others wanted me to arrange water refill. When Joe left our home, the pool was full of water and looked beautiful. The pool area was left very clean. All debris and old liner was taken away from site. I highly recommend Shark Pools."
