"Gary called me within minutes of posting project on site. Met with me the next day (end of June 2023) to go over project. Told me his per square foot rate, which I agreed to. Bragged about how sourced his stone locally and also told me that the stone was included in the quote. Gary said he was 3 weeks out. I agreed to everything. Said he would get me samples the following. Did not hear from him the following week. Called him. He seemed aggravated that I was calling him after he did not respond to my text or phone calls. Said he would call me the next day to tell me when he would show up to do job. Never called and did no hear from him again. Strung me along for a month and then ghosted me. Very unprofessional, rude and would not use him if he was the last mason on earth."

"Contracted the brothers to do a 10X10 deck in July 2023 and they made the committment to come finish the job and my phone calls have gone unanswered. True I made the final payment and trusted them,my bad. However,unless you want to pay for incomplete work PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS."

"Rodney went above and beyond to communicate with us, and ensure that we were satisfied with the end results. His team is friendly, meticulous, and also clearly dedicated to making sure the work was beautiful. Our neighbors continue to say how our front wall looks like a piece of art. I really appreciate how Rodney communicates as well. He encouraged us to text him with any questions and came to the site often to meet with us to make sure we were partnering all along the way. And as a woman who works from home, I felt really respected by Rodney and the workers while they were here - which isn’t always the case as I know all women have experienced. "I had a terrible experience with Roofers Edges & Siding Inc. We decided to replace the roof for solar system, and hired them to do the job. Remember: you are not hiring Kevin but his crew!!! The communication was extremely poor. At first, despite Kevin agreeing to use an ice shield for the front of my house, his crew was unaware of this requirement. I saw they are using the wrong material, and I had to contact Kevin at the installation day to ensure they were doing the job correctly. It was frustrating that the crew couldn't understand English, and Kevin himself never showed up at my house after the initial estimate. To make matters worse, the roof replacement resulted in a severe water leak problem between my chimney and roof. I asked them to fix it, but they failed once and never showed up again even though they provided an one-year warranty. At very beginning, I fully trusted them, and didn't check regularly, eventually I found the leaking problem persisted several months after the replacement the roof! Despite numerous attempts to contact Kevin, he consistently failed to respond to my calls and texts. Instead, he tried to blame the issue on a chimney problem, and told me they can do a water test, but that never happens. I eventually had to hire a new company to look into it, and they found out that the FLASHING was NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY!!! and I can see the sky from my attic. I had to pay extra money to redo the flashing job, and Roofers Edges & Siding already lost my trust. The lack of professionalism continued when they claimed to have applied for a permit for the job, and I trusted them. However, several months later, I found out that there was no record of the application with the town. When I contacted them, they said the issue is an incorrect address, how un-professional they are! Overall, I would not recommend Roofers Edges & Siding Inc to anyone. Their poor communication, lack of professionalism, and shoddy workmanship were unacceptable. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy roofer, I suggest you look elsewhere."

"Worst experience working with a contractor we have ever had. Lack of communication was astounding. Reached out to start the project on our tiny front lawn in June/July. Didn't start planting until mid October. Was told there were 5 jobs in front of ours. Ignored photos of exactly what we wanted. Finish product is passable at best. Would not recommend."

"I spent a lot of time trying to find someone that could replace my front steps. Getting someone to actually call back was the first challenge. Then, trying to find someone who does everything we wanted: granite steps, faux stone facing and sides, white railings, and the ability to tear up and lower my walkway then redo it to make the first step 7” was an even bigger challenge. We finally found the right guy/company and we are very happy with the results. Walter Santos of W. Santos Construction did it all for us. He started within days of us accepting his proposal. He was kind, communicated the next steps with us well, and the quality was fantastic. I was outside tonight taking photos and a family was taking a walk stopped me to ask who did the steps because “they make the house.” I took some dry and wet pics after the dust was washed off and I’m very happy with the results. He even came out to finish on Memorial Day."
