"They call same day I posted it. The owner volunteer to come over to give a free estimate. I did tried to get hold of the other company but just got a recording. We agree on the estimate and he started and finished the following Saturday. He found some other problems while doing his work but he did not charge extra for it, just paid for the new materials. "I found Mr. Ramiro by chance, he was working on a house a street down while I was walking my dog. We were selling our house and I anticipated needing roof repairs so I took a quick pic of his work van for future (possible) reference. I called him a week later when we needed roof repairs done and time was of the essence, as it often is when selling a house and having to meet deadlines. He worked with us to squeeze our project in although he was busy with other jobs, so that we would meet our deadline for the inspection report. This was enough to have me a satisfied customer. However, he continued to go above and beyond with his great communication, his willingness to work with our time constraints and scheduling, and even provided on the job pics to us while we were busy at work. "he came and looked at the roof and did not find a problem with it. But he did find a large pile of leaves behind the chimney and around the supports for the conduit from my solar panels. He said that that all the piles of leaves may have blocked the water from flowing down and that it then ran to the side and got under the tiles from the sided which caused the leak. He also went beyond looking at the roof and used a leave blower and his hands to clean off the roof and blow out my gutters. After doing all this he said that if this was not the problem call him and he would come back & find and fix the cause. All this for no charge!
