"The work was just started and they are re doing a complete job that someone else did and ruined. Frank communicated from the beginning and explains everything from the start. They supply everything and take much care in your home. The workers are also very knowledgeable and take time to explain the process. Already I understand what the other guy did wrong. I was very pleased at the difference and they only started on day one. I'm sure my husband will post the update when complete. Thank you Frank with grout medics for your professionalism. ð  Â"
