"I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with my recent experience with Long Home Products. I hired them to install a walk-in shower, and the installation process has been nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, I was overcharged for the installation. Despite the high cost of 15k, I decided to proceed with the hope that I would receive a high-quality product and service. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The shower has leaked every time I use it, causing significant frustration and inconvenience. I reached out to Long Home Products to report the issue, expecting them to stand by their work and offer a solution. However, I was told that there is nothing they can do to help. This response is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone considering Long Home Products for their home improvement needs to think twice. The combination of poor workmanship, overcharging, and lack of customer service has left me extremely dissatisfied. I hope this review helps others avoid the same negative experience."

"Gisele charged us $280 to deep clean a completely empty 500 sq ft third-floor apartment in Westfield, MA. It was clean on the surface, but kitchen drawers and cabinets were not wiped out. Asked to have both sets of stairs, front and back, swept. It was obvious that only the stairs from the second floor to the third-floor were swept. I thought $280 was expensive to clean a tiny and empty apartment but was hopeful at least a thorough job would be done. I was wrong."

They arrived early every day, they worked the whole day, and were able to get us back into our home in 5 working days. My husband and I are in our 60's and they even helped put furniture back into my husband's office. "It was an excellent experience! My old Kenmore fridge (probably from the 90s) quit cooling/defrosting. After looking to replace it and finding thanks to the pandemic refrigerators are on backorder for months, I called 3 appliance repair companies who didn't call me back. I found Neli and was able to set up an appointment at a time I picked.. An incredibly patient tech (Chris C.) came chat on at the appointed time. I waited about 5 mins as he was wrapping up another call. I walked me through the diagnosis using a virtual support app on my phone. He was able to help me with taking things apart, helped me use our multimeter, and diagnosed the problem. I can do this repair myself. He gave me the exact part numbers and told me what I need to do. All for $35 for an hour on a Sunday. I can't believe how great this was. I thought I had to replace my refrigerator, but for $35 + $111 in parts (I could have gone cheaper but chose OEM) my refrigerator will return to health. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."
