"I asked for two estimates for a plumbing problem. Though I scheduled them several hours apart, they both came at the same time. I introduced them to each other, and told them to work it out. After they discussed the problem with each other, the Ben Franklin plumber decided the other company would be less costly for me and so he graciously backed out and left the other plumber to complete the repair. I really appreciated his courtesy."
