I put my deposit down in mid-July and the windows were installed 8/25 which I felt was an excellent turnaround compared with what some of my neighbors have experienced with other companies. The installation team, Ryan and Mack, were great. They worked ten plus hours in my un-air-conditioned house on one of the hottest days this summer and took the time to get every detail right and then cleaned up everything before they left. "Sales was excellent, but that’s where it ended. Was told someone would come out for accurate measurements to send to manufacturer. No one ever called. Soon i was charged for the doors to be made but never had official measurements taken and it was like pulling teeth for someone to provide me proof that measurements were taken when no one was home. I was told it happened on 10/31 but I was out of state. So must have broken into my property to do it then? Skip ahead two months, one door shows up to be installed but can’t as it doesn’t fit. Shocking. Three months later all doors arrive for install. First time I touch it the screen falls off my patio door. On the other door the hardware isn’t what I ordered to begin with and there is a dent in the steel paneling. So one of three doors is working out for me. In total, it’s been six months since i signed on the contract and i haven’t so much as received a “hey, we’re sorry this has been awful and we really appreciate your $15,000. How can we make it right?” Instead I have to inquire DAILY with someone from installation scheduling (since this is the only contact I have aside from sales) about when and how management is going to fix it. I went with Champion as for the warranty and quality of work. Never again"

"I have given him one star simply because he showed up. Joseph came here upon request because he was sent photos. Upon receiving the photos he provided an estimate. Once he arrived and realized the job did not require what he originally quoted, he said out of his mouth that the job was not worth what he originally quoted. He continued to push for the original estimate even after admitting that the job was not worth this. He mentioned feed his family which had nothing to do with repairing my bi-fold door. After negotiating and reminding him of what he just said about the repairs not being worth $320, we settled on $250. He put caulk on the hole in the door which is fine.. and he said he would be replacing the hardware on the door. No hardware was replaced. We get to the end where it’s time to pay. I asked him in text (I have proof) which payment method he would accept. He said he would accept discover card. He gets here and now he wants cash or zelle. He seemed as though he was slightly irritated that I had to go and withdraw the cash to send. If he had properly identified what I asked and what he responded to, he would’ve received the payment a lot sooner. Moral of this, be careful who you book for repairs. I will NOT be using this service again."
