"Chris and his crew were very professional, courteous and hard working. I started with and inop heater and blower motor. My last elec/gas bill convinced me, it was time to rethink the problem. Chris was very informative and answered all my questions and submitted a quote. We negotiated a little bit. He did the work in extras, and I only paid the quote. You can see the original pad that held the old equip. The new is very energy efficient. He had an electrician that worked with him, and they brought everything up to code and ensured everything was safe. As for hardworking, they installed at the end of March, when we had all the rain, and they worked through all of that. I would have given them 6 stars! If I have any other pool problems Chris and North Point services are my first stop. "
