"Contacted Henco for service of a Noritz On Demand water heater, and a next day appointment was available. Joshua arrived at the scheduled time. He inspected the unit and provided choices and recommendations of what could be done to flush and service so the unit (which was intermittent) would function properly, and the costs involved. He was very patient with my questions, and invited me to observe. Joshua also gave suggestions on proper care and that I should drain the unit during extreme freeze events to prevent damage. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends. Pricing was based on the service performed, rather than an hourly rate. The repair cost was in line with other estimates, which, like everything else, has gone up substantially over the years. based on the excellent and prompt service, I'll certainly call Henco in the future."

"They charged me $120 dollar just to come out and they quoted me $1600 to replace the water heater. I asked the plumber who came on how long would it take for him to do the work, he told me 3 to 4 hours, he said the pricing would be $1600. Well he doesn't set up pricing and ask me what cost would it be comfortable for me, I said you can leave right now because this is not something that I should be negotiating with you in this manner. It's inappropriate. At that point I terminated the conversation and ask him to leave. I specifically stated that I didn't want to if they quoted me above the national average as quoted by Angie's list for this type of work. I said I'm not interested in doing business because I'm aware what the national average is."

He came out on the weekend to scope it out and to see if he could give us any temporary relief. He then gave us really clear options for fixing the issue. He was then able to work us into his already booked week, knowing that our sewer problem had basically left us without any working bathrooms,- and in a full family household, that’s not great situation. When he and his son showed up they worked quickly to fix the problem, keeping the mess contained and out of our living areas. And he was fairly priced to boot! "We hired Steller Construction and Remodeling LLC to build a deck/Catio in May 2024. Micha (the Owner) was straightforward to work with and reach throughout the process. We are retired and live on a set income. Even though we had some lower estimates from other companies, we felt so confident with Micha's (the owner) ideas that, after looking at other reviews/images of this company, we decided to go with Steller Construction. Micha's team was absolutely amazing !!! Ray, our project's lead employee/carpenter, was very knowledgeable, considerate, and had an unbelievable work ethic! The rest of the team did an awesome job as well. They communicated well throughout the whole job always checking in with us to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were professional and very polite everyday. At the end of each they completely cleaned up the area.
