This damage caused us to shut of water for 2 days. It also would have resulted in our cancelling a vacation rental to the home coming in on Sunday afternoon. Frustrated with sub and PGE I went to Angi list and in less than an hour Brian from Pioneer local in Sandy OR called and came right out and fixed it. He was so kind and responsive that I was amazed. He is now our new plumber. Highly recommended - canâ t say enough about how great he was. Thank you!"

"Contacted Henco for service of a Noritz On Demand water heater, and a next day appointment was available. Joshua arrived at the scheduled time. He inspected the unit and provided choices and recommendations of what could be done to flush and service so the unit (which was intermittent) would function properly, and the costs involved. He was very patient with my questions, and invited me to observe. Joshua also gave suggestions on proper care and that I should drain the unit during extreme freeze events to prevent damage. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends. Pricing was based on the service performed, rather than an hourly rate. The repair cost was in line with other estimates, which, like everything else, has gone up substantially over the years. based on the excellent and prompt service, I'll certainly call Henco in the future."

"They charged me $120 dollar just to come out and they quoted me $1600 to replace the water heater. I asked the plumber who came on how long would it take for him to do the work, he told me 3 to 4 hours, he said the pricing would be $1600. Well he doesn't set up pricing and ask me what cost would it be comfortable for me, I said you can leave right now because this is not something that I should be negotiating with you in this manner. It's inappropriate. At that point I terminated the conversation and ask him to leave. I specifically stated that I didn't want to if they quoted me above the national average as quoted by Angie's list for this type of work. I said I'm not interested in doing business because I'm aware what the national average is."
