"In early April 2025, my wife and I purchased a home in Cochecton, NY. Although, it was in immediate move in condition, as always, there an issue that needs to be taken care of. For one of those issues, we reached out to Angi’s list, in in about 30 seconds, we received a call from Wilson Gomez, and in about 45 seconds, he was in our basement. We discussed the issue at hand, and to our surprise, Wilson thought it was not an issue, hence, he was about to leave, obviously without a job. We then asked him about the basement floor, which was then all concrete. What happened next was a conversion, from just a regular concrete floor to a beautiful, laminated floor, plus the encasement of our boiler system, and HVAC. This job was done over a span of two days. And we overly satisfied, with the entire project. We then had him construct an outdoor vegetable garden structure, to protect our potential vegetables from the neighborhood deer’s. Wilson deserves a "AAA", rating."

"WORST SERVICE ON THE MARKET. THIS COMPANY LEFT MY GRANDMOTHER $14k in DEBT, after recommending top teir gutters. The gutters were NOT needed. Not only did the company install the gutters poorly, they do not work. They do not work because she needs a roof, not new gutters. This horrible company recommended $14k gutters when a ROOF was needed. Now she will have to take down the gutters, and put up a new roof. KICKER - they fell into her garage door and left it damaged/non-functioning. DO NOT ..... I REPEAT ..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You can see in the pictures below how gutters should never have been installed on this house. Also can see how they do not work (icicles behind). Imagien $14k for gutters that do not work. RUN from Home Genius. Their response a week later: Ambrose Powell 1:45 PM (53 minutes ago) to Jeff, me, Austin, Victoria Bill, I respect that you are a busy person and that is exactly why I gave you a multitude of options for a scheduled phone call. After you agreed to talk at 9:30am I called you exactly at that time, you did not call me back until 11:50am in which you apologized for missing my call and told me you appreciated with me sticking with it. I too am a busy person and scheduled phone calls with other customers as well as additional meetings when you gave me the agreement of 9:30am. I can call you at 4:30pm if you are available or I can speak directly with your grandmother if you prefer. "Impact roofing and Siding is exceptional! The owner, Rob, informed me they would be at my home at 7:00 AM. Being we have had contractors in past, I actually expected them to show up around 7:30. I was wrong. Rob and his crew showed up at 6:50 am ready to get started. Immediately when they arrived I received a text from Rob saying they were here. Rob, the owner, prepared me the day before that a dumpster would be placed exactly where he stated it would be the day of the consultation, and to place my car in a location where I could have access to leaving my driveway for work. Leaving for work, he met me outside and set the exact plan for the day and the expectations as well, including the time frame he would be at the house to oversee the project to when his crew would be finished. He informed me they would clean up as if they weren’t even here and they did just that. During the day Rob sent me multiple photos of the work being completed, and the status of the job. I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism and tenacity. Once the job was complete I was sent an image of the completed work. Rob informed me he will be back to our home once I got home from work and asked me what would be the best time? Within half an hour of getting home from work Rob was at my home with me reviewing the work and explaining thoroughly the events of the day, to which I knew most of being he channels his customers in during the course of the project. We walked around the entire home as well. He also took the time to take photos of the roof, both before and after, with his drone, showed them to me and will be sending them to me electronically. This was a great experience over all. I’m incredibly grateful we found such a reliable company, owner and crew. Replacing a roof can be stressful however, Rob and his crew made this process seemless and reassuring. Thank you impact roofing and siding! I highly recommend them!"
