Day One the contractor arrived, reviewed the 10 project requests on site, explained he was only able to complete 3/10 projects..odd as the company described contractor as having 30+ yrs experience? Measurements were taken for the 3 projects, promises were made that the company would return to complete the projects with lumber in hand, I was made to pay a deposit. Day Two contractor arrived 30 minutes late no lumber in hand, took SEVEN hours to install two ceiling fans and one screen door. Day Three contractor arrived TWO hours late still not able to complete project due to not having enough lumber and/or wrong sized lumber? Day Four (after I reached out to the owner) a different contractor arrived and completed the project. $1,915 later the screen door has two gaping holes at the bottom, the hand rail installed (by first contractor) is shaky and the requested Veteran’s discount was not applied. So many lessons learned."
