Originally scheduled for August 27th the installation was moved to the 29th. The crew arrived a little after 10AM and did an EXCELLENT job!!!! Contract: Deposit of half down when we start, balance upon completion. What to expect when getting an estimate, Antonio will ask questions on the vision of yard, then he will take notes measurements and a quick sketch. Design will take minimum of 1 week. Family owned and operated over 18 years, native of New Mexico OTL members are fully vaccinated with first booter shot. Sod installations FAQs
Seeding is less expensive up front compared to sod installation. However, sod provides an instant lawn with minimal maintenance, while seeded lawns require extended care and can take up to two years to fully establish.
“To determine how much sod you need, first calculate your yard’s total area by sketching your layout and multiplying each section’s length by its width. Standard sod pieces measure 2 feet by 1½ feet, and one pallet covers 450 square feet.
