They took water samples from my well and came back after the softener was working for a few days and retested. The softener was working so no work was needed There was no charge not even a service call fee. "We were very pleased with the job performed. Helio's team expanded and renovated our small master bathroom. We took out a large closet and converted it into our shower. Once started, they worked quickly and efficiently. We did have a few small hiccups, namely using our garage to cut tiles and mix thinset, which created an exorbitant amount of dust coating my tools, bikes, and anything else that was stored in the garage. We also had an issue with the cleanliness of the home after some of the workers left, however, after we brought it to Helio's attention, he made sure to tell the team to do a better job moving forward. Contract was a little confusing, so I would encourage many questions to clarify things ahead of time such as timeline for selecting certain items, confirming when the next payments are due etc. All in all, we're pleased with the project and how it turned out."

So Jason had the rest of the crew go home and he waited on my porch until I got home. I was just blown away. Last but not least, I want to talk about the work. They took a completely unfinished uninsulated 350 sq foot space in my attic and turned it in to a fantastic office space that’s quickly become my favorite room in the house. Everything was beautifully finished and every detail was considered. On her final walk through, Angela ever saw a few small things that she wanted to push further and had the crew come back and make a few tweaks.
