I install showers, floors, backsplash and fireplaces. I also install heat systems and do shower pan repair. I have over 20 years of experience in residential tile installation.

Vince is also good about communicating different outcomes based on how we decided to have the tile laid out. One of the examples of this was our discussion about how a whole beveled edge tile would line up with a tile cut in half, because they are slightly different thicknesses. This helped us to know ahead of time what to expect and how we would best like it done. We recommend Vince and would hire him again. In fact, this was the second time we have hired him for a shower."

"Hardwood floor refinishing. Initially, Tim was very responsive. He came to my house and gave an estimate that I thought was reasonable. But… When it came time to do the work he sent to Two guys I had never met. When talking to Tim, I was under the impression that he did the work. They did the work but I wasn’t happy with it. The finish was dull and puddled and there were gaps in between the planks that were not filled. I called Tim and after a few days he did return my call. he came out and said that they needed to put on another coat of finish on. He said he would send his “best man”, which left me wondering who he sent the first time. A different guy came out, he put another coat on the floor which looked a little better, But once it dried it was the same dull, scratchy Looking finish with puddles and gaps in between some planks. I Called Tim back again and he said he would come out on the following Wednesday to check it out. He never showed, never answered repeated phone calls and did not even reply to a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. My mistake was paying them before the floor was dry. Don’t hire this guy he’s a scammer does shoddy work."

The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors has said foam board insulation can last up to 100 years if properly installed. Some insulation materials can suffer from water damage or start to sag over many years, thus reducing their insulating ability. Foam boards shouldn't suffer from sagging but have the potential to get damaged. Any broken pieces of foam board can reduce its insulating effectiveness.
