Over the last 8 years we have had our cedar fence replaced, an IPE deck installed, new side fence and fence gate installed and new vertical skirting installed around our deck. They didn't loligag and only took one break to let the cement set.. They completely fenced my back yard and it looks amazing.. "After 3 of their tries, a tall gate they installed still pinches at the bottom & definitely will not auto close, as I required in the beginning. Despite my eventual supplying excellent hinges (& they never credited $$ back to me, for hinges they took back-- & am terribly confused about how they installed what I purchased, without even thinking how to secure, & without regard my expense, the furthest out screw is between boards & while I offered the bolts, pure wisdom says, at least, use some washers!! And the gate should've been trimmed at the top on one side -- so many others have commented "shabby work". & all say the gate should be redone & done right. They never did backfill the fence posts...I agree with another review...they say they know how to do the privacy fence right, then they fail to do so, or answer emails. They begin tasks well, then slow down to wks & now months passing. While I corrected a prior low rating, when they sent someone to correct...I now have to revert back!!!"

"It went alright....just kidding! Jason and his crew were phenomenal, just as the time previous I had them out to fix my roof in the middle of the night. This time around, they removed an old and awful bathroom vent fan and damages drywall and repaired/replaced both. He recommended the fan to purchase, which we did and it was fantastic, as well as kept things clean and organized all while in good spirits. Jason and his crew are respectful, enjoyable, and get things done correctly and efficiently. 10/10 recommended!"

I was extremely happy with the work on the roof and the kitchen, which was an insurance claim, so I asked them to fix a window that had a cracked casing that caused the trim inside the house to warp. The window repair was not associated with the insurance claim but American did such a great job with the kitchen and roof that I asked them to fix the window. The price, quality of workmanship and repairs were excellent. I'd highly recommend American Restoration for any work you need to have done - especially hire them if you have an insurance claim because that is where American excels. Working with an insurance company and trying to figure out how the policy coverages work / don't work is exhausting. American Restoration are experts in dealing with the insurance companies. I've listed the cost of service at $5000 but that includes $3500 paid out by my insurance company. My out of pocket was $1500 including my deductible."
